Hiring Filipino workers in the Republic of Lithuania gives employers access to
dedicated, English-speaking professionals across hospitality, healthcare, manufacturing,
and the skilled trades. To do so legally, employers follow a process defined by the
Philippine government and work with a licensed recruitment agency like Rise Manpower
Services. Lithuania falls under the concurrent jurisdiction of the Migrant
Workers Office in Prague (MWO Prague).
Step 1 — Secure Accreditation via MWO Prague
For a foreign company to be authorized to hire, employ, or recruit Filipino workers,
it must be accredited with a Philippine Recruitment Agency (PRA) — in this case
Rise Manpower Services, Inc. — that holds a valid licence issued by the Philippine
Department of Migrant Workers (DMW). MWO Prague oversees this process for Lithuania
under its concurrent jurisdiction.
